Consume loads of fresh fruits and salads including tomato, avocado and virgin olive oil, plus fresh Brazil nuts, and 50gms each day of high quality bio-available proteins as you can find it in the raw fish such as sashimi (fresh fish the Japanese way without the rice) or raw tuna fish (fresh not refrigerated or canned). In between meals you need to drink water to help your body eliminate toxins. The average amount of water you need to drink is at least half your bodyweight calculated in ounces of water (a 140lb. man/woman should drink 70 ounces/day). After that time, try to consume a diet that is high in fiber — salads, bran, complex carbohydrates, and lots of water. This will have your digestive tract moving so that your skin is not loaded by things your system jus can’t handle. Make sure your diet is low in both fat and sugar. Healthier foods assures that your skin is getting the nutrients it needs.
